Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns Policy
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from WM | Wetroom Materials (“WM”, “we”, “us”), a trading unit of Advanced Materials Ltd. They distinguish between business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) transactions where applicable.
1. Scope of Business
WM | Wetroom Materials primarily supplies wetroom systems and materials to trade customers (B2B).
Our online shop is intended for the sale of replacement parts and accessories, which may be purchased by both:

Business customers, and

Consumers (private individuals)
2. Orders & Contract Formation
2.1 Trade (B2B Orders)

Orders must be submitted via email to: Orders@wetroommaterials.com

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise

A contract is formed when:

A proforma invoice is issued and paid, or
-
Goods are dispatched

2.2 Online Shop (B2C & B2B)

Orders are placed via the website
-
A contract is formed when we issue an order confirmation or dispatch goods (whichever occurs first)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Trade Orders

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated

Delivery charges are excluded unless specified

Full payment is required prior to dispatch (proforma)

Approved credit accounts: strict 30-day terms

WM reserves the right to withdraw credit at any time
3.2 Online Shop

Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

Delivery charges are shown at checkout

Payment must be made in full before dispatch
4. Delivery & Shipping
4.1 Shipping Destinations
We deliver to:

United Kingdom

Republic of Ireland
Orders outside these areas may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
4.2 Delivery Charges

Trade delivery charges may vary depending on order type

Pallet deliveries

Remote locations

Failed delivery attempts

4.3 Delivery Timeframes

Stock items:

Dispatch: 1–2 working days

Delivery: typically 3–5 working days

Non-stock or bespoke items: lead times on request
All delivery times are estimates only.
4.4 Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made to the address provided

Pallet deliveries are kerbside only

Customer is responsible for:

Access arrangements

Offloading goods

If delivery fails due to access or absence, additional charges may apply.
5. Inspection & Risk

Goods must be inspected upon delivery

Any damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours to:
sales@wetroommaterials.com -
Signing for goods confirms receipt in good condition unless noted
WM is not liable for damage reported after this period.
6. Title & Risk (B2B)

Ownership of goods remains with WM until paid in full

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
7. Cancellations
7.1 Business Customers

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
-
Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins
-
Large contract orders may be non-cancellable
7.2 Consumer Customers (Online Shop Only)
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.

Notification must be sent within 14 days
-
Goods must be returned within a further 14 days
8. Returns Policy
8.1 General Conditions
All returns must:

Be unused and uninstalled
-
Be in original packaging
-
Be in resalable condition
Returns must be authorised by emailing sales@wetroommaterials.com
8.2 Business Returns

Accepted at WM discretion only
-
May incur a 25% restocking fee
-
Return shipping is at customer cost
- WM must be notified by email – sales@wetroommaterials.com of all returns within 10 working days of the date of delivery. Please request & complete a Returns Form which must also accompany the goods.
- The Returns Form must be sent back to sales@wetroommaterials.com with pictures of the return form WM to approve
- WM must receive the returned order within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- All goods must be returned to us in the original packaging, in the original condition and free from damage and site debris.
8.3 Consumer Returns

Customer is responsible for return costs unless goods are faulty

Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt

Refunds issued to original payment method
8.4 Non-Returnable Items

Bespoke or made-to-order products

Installed or altered goods
-
Items not in resalable condition
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Must be reported as soon as possible (within 24 hours preferred)

We may request photos or evidence

Where confirmed, we will offer:

Replacement
-
Repair
-
Refund
-
This does not affect statutory rights (for consumers).
10. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:

Customer absence
-
Refusal of delivery

Access issues
The customer will be responsible for:

Re-delivery charges
-
Return costs
-
Possible restocking fees
11. Product Use & Liability

WM accepts no responsibility for:
-
Incorrect installation
-
Improper use of products
-
Customers must ensure products are suitable for their intended use.
12. Minimum Order Value (Trade)
Additional delivery charges may apply where:

Tanking membrane, screed, or adhesives are ordered without a full wetroom kit
