WM | Wetroom Materials Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order Value

• Additional delivery costs may apply when ordering tanking membrane, screed or tile adhesive without a wet room kit.

Quotations and Orders

• All orders must be sent via email to Orders@Wetroommaterials.com
• Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• All prices quoted exclude VAT. VAT will be charged as the rate applying at the time of delivery if applicable.
• Prices quoted exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
• Proforma invoices must be paid in their entirety before goods are dispatched. All Bespoke orders must be paid for before manufacturing can commence.
• Credit accounts receive strict 30 days credit on orders when approved.
• WM | Wetroom Materials retain the right to refuse / revoke the benefit of credit at any time. New customers cannot apply for credit on their first order.
• All goods will be despatched as detailed per the relevant Quote / Pro forma invoice and it is in the customer’s interest to ensure that all details are correct at time of payment.
• Any bespoke items are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable once manufacturing has commenced unless faulty.
• WM | Wetroom Materials accept no responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect use or installation.
• The title of goods supplied will remain the property of WM | Wetroom Materials until fully discharged.
• Goods received on credit remain the property of WM | Wetroom Materials until paid for in their entirety.

Payment

• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, cheque. Cheques to be sent to company address, for bank transfers please see company bank details.
• For bank transfers, reference the relevant Proforma / Invoice number

Delivery

• UK orders under £300 ex VAT will be subject to a deliver fee – Please contact us.
• IRE orders – €20 per parcel & €40 per pallet.
• Delivery of stocked items will be 3-5 days on average from dispatch.
• For items that are not in stock or are made bespoke, contact us for lead times.
• The condition of all goods must be checked prior to the goods being signed for. Any damage that occurs after this point will not be compensated.

Cancellations

• We must be notified of all cancellations or returns by emailing sales@wetroommaterials.com
• Any orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must be returned once received.
• If deliveries are refused, the return delivery charge to us will be passed onto the customer.
• Bespoke items are non-cancellable once manufacturing has commenced.

 Returns

• WM must be notified by email – sales@wetroommaterials,com of all returns within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please request & complete a Return to Stock form which must accompany the goods.
• All goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the original condition.
• Goods that have been installed cannot be returned.
• All returns to be organised by the customer and at the customers cost.
• All goods must be returned by recorded or insured delivery service.
• A Restocking fee of 25% of the invoiced amount may be levied on Returns.
• Bespoke items are not returnable

Defective products 

• Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made in writing to sales@wetroommaterials.com within 24 hours of receipt; failure will result in claims being rejected.
